"I began doing yoga for the physical practice only. After my first class I was hooked! My whole world expanded and my soul opened up. My physical issues are resolving themselves and my life is more manageable in all areas!"

Yoga is for YOU!

Men and women of all fitness levels are welcome at our studio. You do not need to have prior experience in yoga. If you have never tried yoga before, try the introduction to yoga workshop. Advanced yoga workshops are offered and instructor approval may be required. If you have health problems, are pregnant, or are menstruating, tell the instructor beforehand. The instructor can help advise alternative positions for you.

What to Expect in a Workshop

Our workshops start on time. We ask that you remove your shoes when you enter and store your shoes and personal belongings in the tea room. You may bring your own mat or use the ones we provide. Please refrain from eating a large meal up to two hours before you arrive. If you have health problems, are pregnant, or are menstruating, tell the instructor beforehand. The instructor can help advise adaptive positions for you.

For the comfort of others and to maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we ask that all electronics be turned off and stored in the tea room.

We begin with slow poses that stretch the body. Depending on the class, the poses will vary from simple to difficult and energizing. All sessions conclude with guided relaxation and meditation to instill deep relaxation, reduce stress, and restore a sense of balance, inner peace, and well-being.

"Yoga enabled me to stay healthy and comfortable while going through a difficult illness. Since then it has kept me flexible and less stressed."
