Master the Ability to Teach

Guiding a room full of students through a powerful vinyasa practice with confidence is very different from practicing yourself. Mastering the ability to communicate with your students is a crucial part of being an effective teacher. Our goal as teachers is to improve the quality of our student's lives and bring them to a better place - mentally, physically and spiritually. Having a strong understanding of how the body functions allows teachers to better understand why poses work the way they do and why we teach asanas in a particular sequence. It also allows teachers to give firm and safe hands-on physical adjustments and avoid injuries.

Master the Ability to Inspire

We teach a dynamic, flowing practice which is both physically and mentally challenging. Knowing when to challenge certain students and when to ease up on others is one of the many challenges a teacher faces. Encouraging and supporting students, ensuring that they are doing the poses to their ability and in a safe manner is crucial to the well-being of all students. You will learn how to motivate, inspire and guide students. The impact yoga has on our lives is tremendous - and, being able to share this is an incredible gift in itself.
