Classes
Our classes typically last for 75-90 minutes and are offered seven days
a week. We offer morning, afternoon, and evening classes to fit your
schedule.
Yoga is for YOU!
Men and women of all fitness levels are welcome at our studio.
You do not need to have prior experience in yoga. If you have
never tried yoga before, you can attend an all levels class, a
beginner's class, or an introduction to yoga workshop.
Advanced yoga classes are offered each week and instructor
approval may be required. If you have health problems, are pregnant,
or are menstruating, tell the instructor beforehand. The instructor
can help advise adaptive positions for you.

What to Expect in Class
Our classes start on time. We ask that you remove your shoes when you enter and store your shoes and personal belongings in the tea room. You may bring your own mat or use the ones we provide. Please refrain from eating a large meal up to two hours before you arrive.
For the comfort of others and to maintain a peaceful
atmosphere, we ask that all electronics be turned off
and stored in the tea room.
We begin with slow poses that stretch the body. Depending on the class, the poses will vary from simple to difficult and energizing. All sessions conclude with guided relaxation and meditation to instill deep relaxation, reduce stress, and restore a sense of balance, inner peace, and well-being.
