Pilates

Pilates is a mat exercise class that firms, tones and strengthens the muscles of the core body – the abdomen, lower back, and buttocks. Join a Pilates certified instructor for a fun-filled hour that will truly change your body.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a flowing movement suitable for all fitness levels and experience. You first learn a series of very basic exercises designed to teach proper structural alignment and correct methods of moving your body, shifting your weight correctly as you step, and maintaining your balance throughout the exercise. You then progress to patterns of movement designed to bring you "whole body power".

Music for Children

We combine physical movement and music into one fun class. Children will learn to appreciate the various rhythms and instruments and, at the same time, will acquire increased coordination and balance.
