YOGA WORDS
ASANAYoga posture poses are known as asanas. There are thousands of poses and part of the art of yoga is knowing which ones to do to achieve your goals and in what order.NamasteNamaste is an Indian expression used as a greeting or upon parting. It is usually accompanied by placing the hands together in a prayer position. The expression is used, in part, to convey that we are equal. We strongly believe that at our studio. During our sessions, we cover the significance of the word and its many meanings.QuotationI honor the place in you in which the entire universe dwells. |
